The Opportunity:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced professional to take complete ownership of their 'X' (Twitter) account. This is a critical, hands-on role for an individual who understands the Agentic/tech landscape and can build massive, authentic engagement as the company approaches a major project "breakout."

The client is not looking for a content creator (all content, blogs, and press releases will be provided). Instead, they need a strategic manager and growth expert to take full responsibility for the account's top-level management. The client is looking for a long-term partner and is willing to consider a candidate who manages their own small team.

The Role Involves:

‍

  • Traffic & Engagement: Generating significant organic traffic for each tweet and driving engagement (RTs, Likes, Views, Quote Tweets) to maintain a healthy and strong account reputation.
  • Growth Strategy: Executing a balanced strategy that mixes organic growth with non-organic boosting (e.g., managing "controlled shillers") to maximize reach.
  • X Spaces Management: Organizing, managing, and heavily promoting at least four 'X Spaces' per month.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Utilizing X Ads and other strategies to get "as many eyes on the X Spaces as possible" and boost attendance.
  • Account Health & Reputation: Taking full responsibility for the account's high-level management, ensuring results are delivered without compromising the brand.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

‍

  • A proven, demonstrable track record of managing and scaling 'X' profiles in the tech, web3, AI, or Agentic space.
  • Expertise in 'X' growth strategies, algorithms, and community building.
  • Hands-on experience managing and promoting successful 'X Spaces'.
  • Direct experience running X Ads campaigns.
  • A strategic understanding of how to balance organic engagement with paid/shiller-based traffic.
  • An impeccable reputation and a professional, reliable work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of autonomy.
  • This is a remote, full-time role. The project is US-based, but there is a strong preference for a candidate within GMT +/- 2 hours.
